Pressure-Sensitive
labeling, also known as self-adhesive labeling, is an efficient and
cost-effective means of identifying and decorating products or packages.
In every major industry, pressure-sensitive labels
are applied to most types of containers at speeds matching many product
or packaging lines.

you need primary, secondary, top, bottom, wraparound or multi-panel
variable product identification labeling; ID Technology has a printer
applicator to increase your manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
ID Technology's line of thermal transfer printers generate labels
with clear, crisp, scannable barcodes, as well as variable text, graphics
and logos. The industrial duty applicators then apply these labels
consistently and accurately even in the harshest production environments.
Products to be labeled can vary from shipping cases and pallets to
health and beauty products, drug packages and lumber products. Available
label substrates include paper, plastic, film, vinyl, foil and more.
The
ID Technology Model 250 is truly a "next generation" label
printer applicator. After extensive consultation with our customers
the IDT250 was designed with the demands of
today's automated lines in mind. With the choice of Datamax, Sato
and Zebra print engines and your choice of application
method the IDT250 offers unsurpassed features never before available
in the printer applicator market.
The
Model 220 Label Printer Applicator is the newest addition to ID Technology's
range of high quality labeling equipment. Designed for low throughput
and light-duty applications, the Model 220 is an economical solution
for companies just beginning to automate their production and packaging
lines.
The Model 220 utilizes the Lt408 from Sato. The Lt408 prints text, graphics and barcodes at 203dpi up to 6 inches per second. A large LCD display with icon-driven user interface allows easy set-up and operation. Printhead change is made quick and easy with the One-Touch printhead release.

TheLabeljet
210 is a modern, microprocessor controlled, industrial label applicator.
The integral stepper motor drives the label web at up to 98.4 feet
per minute (30 m/min.). A shaft encoder input (for speed compensation)
is standard, and optional application methods include tamp and blow
modules.
The
modular 262 and 263 offer over 80 label printer application configurations,
satisfying all industrial requirements.

Apply Only Labeling
The
ST1100 Automatic Label Applicator is a high performance labeling head
capable of speeds up to 1100 linear inches per minute.
It comes complete with a direct drive DC stepper motor, powered rewind,
a 6.5" web width, and a standard 12" diameter label roll
capacity. Under microprocessor control, the ST1100 is accurate to
± 1/32 of an inch.
Standard
wipe-on systems come complete with an 8' by 6" chain link conveyor,
a single applicator head I/O mount, a microprocessor controller hung
from an articulator arm, guide rails, and a spacer
wheel assembly. The conveyor height is fully adjustable between 32
and 39 inches and capable of handling products up to 6" wide.
Each conveyor system includes heavy-duty construction, robust locking
casters, vertical, horizontal and swivel adjustments for applicator
head mounting and a heavy-duty 1/4 horsepower adjustable speed motor.
