High Resolution Inkjet (Piezo)

The INTEGRA PP108 is a monocolor print system intended for large print areas on corrugate and other porous substrates. The system prevents the accumulation of air in the nozzles and ensures a permanent, clean print image without line-outs due to dropping nozzles. Pump control and automatic adjustment of internal circulation pressure allows installation of the ink tank above, below or at the same level as the print head. The air in the ink supply and print head is automatically removed from the print system.

Squid's CoPilot uses proven Xaar Piezo technology resulting in razor-sharp print up to .7″ of hi-resolution characters, razor-sharp text, scannable bar codes, and great looking logos at 185 dpi. It is available in either oil-based for porous applications or solvent-based for non-porous applications. CoPilot’s 4.3″ full color touchscreen provides access to the system’s internal messages and print functions.

Squid's CoPilot Max LT offers an unprecedented 10-12mm throw distance as it can run up to 440 fpm at 150 horizontal dpi, or up to 220 fpm at 300 horizontal dpi. It offers 2.8” of print height per printhead and the ability to run up to 2 printheads from one controller.

Squid's CoPilot Gemini provides a Maximum Print Height of 5.6” (14.2 cm). Its Vertical Print Resolution of 360 dpi is capable of printing razor-sharp graphics, small character text, and scannable bar codes. Its Horizontal Print Resolution is adjustable for 150 or 300 dpi.

The FOXJET ProSeries high resolution printers are built for reliability and offer various printing capabilities including up to a 4" print area of text, graphics and barcodes. And three controller options allow for flexible user interface and integration. The ProSeries was phased out and replaced by the NetSeries at the end of 2024.
