Squid Ink’s CO2 lasers can permanently mark onto paper, cardboard cartons, plastic, glass, wood, coated metal, leather, and more. Squid Ink’s SQ-F-A laser coding systems are designed for high speed automotive, electronics, medical, aerospace, beverage, and other primary coding applications. The SQ-F laser can permanently mark onto virtually every common metal including precious metals, stainless and hardened steel, copper, anodized aluminum, and more. It also marks on non-metals such as aluminum foil, PVC, ceramics, plastics, rubber, composite material, and more. Squid Ink’s SQ-UV-A water-cooled laser coding systems are designed for high speed food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, pipe and other primary coding applications. The SQ-UV laser utilizes a 355nm wavelength which allows marking to be performed with minimal heat stress. Materials which absorb this wavelength very well include PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PVC, metals, and more. SQ-UV-A systems are available in 5W, 10W, 17W, and 20W power configurations for a variety of applications.
